Jim is BIGFOOT’s original racer!  He was the headliner for all of BIGFOOT’s biggest events throughout most of the 80s and won just about every race that he ever participated in. He flat-out dominated his racing career behind the wheel of BIGFOOT!  He started by doing what all monster trucks did originally, and that is simply driving over junk cars. He was one of the first to hit cars from the side and get the front tires in the air.  Then, as things evolved, when racing took over, he literally jumped over the cars. It was in this racing career that Jim established himself as one of the best of all time. Later in his driving career he drove BIGFOOT 9, the second tubular chassis BIGFOOT. When he stopped racing, Jim moved to the role of teacher.  Jim has helped to train virtually every driver out of the BIGFOOT camp up until his retirement.  When the world’s first battery powered BIGFOOT was completed, BIGFOOT #20, he got back into the driver’s seat, part-time, to campaign this one of a kind and technologically advanced monster truck. Jim retired in 2017.  To read more on Jim's involvement in the history of BIGFOOT, CLICK HERE.
